Start times have been announced for the 10 regular season Mount Union football games in 2009.  The Purple Raiders begin defense of its 10th NCAA Division III National Championship at 4:00 p.m. on September 5th against St. John Fisher in Pittsford (NY), followed by a bye week and then a trip to Ohio Northern to open Ohio Athletic Conference play on September 19th at 1:30 p.m.

The home opener will be September 26th under the lights at 7:00 p.m. against Muskingum, followed by another 7:00 p.m. kickoff, against Baldwin-Wallace, at Mount Union Stadium.  The remaining six games, at Capital, at Heidelberg, vs. Wilmington, at John Carroll, vs. Otterbein and vs. Marietta will all kickoff at 1:30 p.m.  Mount Union has five home and five road contests in 2009.  You can see the entire regular season schedule here.
